Women who go "UMPTH" when they try to stand up 🥰🥰🥰

Cynthia Pokemon but she has a really prominent apple shape with a belly that, while partially standing, drapes all the way down to her calves. Somehow, her pants are still wrapped around her entire belly and her upper shirt, while tight, still fits.

She is trying desperately to stand, making the noise "hmm- UMPTH" as she makes an effort to try and stand her half ton body up off an absolutely destroyed couch she was sitting on. She is using the assistance of an ADA rail to stand up. Her face is bright red and her eyes are unfocused and dilated.

She is very clearly unable to handle herself at such a massive weight.
