Dunno who Nick Cave is but if there's ever a half-life film made he needs to play the g man 😂

These are really awesome :) And you've got an entire body of published works from the Quake scene to show them off. Win win! Have a rest sir :)

That's two goosebumps moments in Control Resonant so far. God dammmmn.

You know they had a good laugh recording the dialogue for these bits :)

030

The whole game is the Ashtray maze from Control 1

120

Yeah Control Resonant might be set in New York, but that didn't stop Remedy from coooooooookin'

140

Just got there myself! Wonderful Remedy mindbending at work :D

Was looking at the Silent Hill Townfall concept art and my jaw dropped. Was back in my hometown tonight so I had to go and take a photo. There are many ways to mock my beloved Coatbridge, but “your home’s so miserable it was used as concept art for a Silent Hill game” is a new one for me

The hiss goo effect is so wonderfully different from anything else out there

Hell yea. After a 6 month relapse of smoking last Christmas it's taken me all year to get back to where I was. Amazing how much heart/lung damage was done in that short time. Ditch smoking you lot, it sucks :(

Not even that long ago if you'd told me that Quake could look like this I wouldn't have believed you. What the community is capable of these days is pretty damn mindblowing!

My maybe unpopular opinion is that pre-transformers Michael bay cooked fuckin hard. Armageddon is the best dumb action film ever made. And this vehicle rocked :)

Ok Remedy let's keep it weird!

It's really refreshing seeing shitey normal working class life depicted like this in a game, and a Silent Hill game no less. Pebble-dashed council flats, three-bar fires, Post Office counters, concrete shopping precincts. This must be how posh people felt playing Everybody's Gone to the Rapture.

A Post Office (well, 'Post Service') counter.

Very much enjoying all the mundanely familiar UK scenery details in Silent Hill: Townfall.

One of those things on the street that says H on it. I see them every day and I still have no idea what they are.

That's a wrap on Zero Company. Loved this from start to finish. The story and characters went way harder than I was expecting. Highly recommend this if you want to scratch that tactics itch.

Thought it looked familiar. It's the same dev that made Zero Protocol! This looks like a higher fidelity version of that game (that's a good thing) store.steampowered.com/app/2840250/...

In this immersive sci-fi thriller, you will experience the atmosphere of classic 3D games as you solve puzzles, follow an intriguing non-linear storyline, and engage in battles with monsters.
