Tim Bindas - MSFT @tbindasmsft.bsky.social · 06/08/2026@insightsmachine.bsky.social Couldn't agree more. Candidly, it's been a real struggle internally to get they buy in. Without airing too much dirty laundry, I anticipate you seeing some improvements in the coming releases. 150
Tim Bindas - MSFT @tbindasmsft.bsky.social · 05/08/2026@powerbiferrytales.bsky.social TY for the feedback! I hear you about the header icons. This is a common request. I've got some ideas about how to address the decimal places. We need to be careful not to introduce more problems that we solve. I'll review these with the team. 010
Tim Bindas - MSFT @tbindasmsft.bsky.social · 05/08/2026Not sure to whom you've been complaining to, but it hasn't been me. If anyone can address your concerns, you've found him. Tim Bindas - MSFT @tbindasmsft.bsky.social · 05/08/2026@bmeulebroeck.bsky.social As mentioned above, this decision to expose 4 decimals is the direct result of customer feedback. We've got 10s of thousands of active users of the metrics app doing all sorts of crazy stuff with it, so like any good compromise, you can never make everyone happy. 🙃 420
Tim Bindas - MSFT @tbindasmsft.bsky.social · 05/08/2026@wynhopkins.bsky.social We are open to suggestions, what would you do with the data bars? Regarding the 4 decimal places, this is a compromise from multiple support tickets of people running operations that generate very small usage and getting confused when they see 0 cu consumption. 200
Tim Bindas - MSFT @tbindasmsft.bsky.social · 05/08/2026@powerbiferrytales.bsky.social I'm the Engineering Manager for the team that builds the Metrics App. I'll do my best to reply to the comments and route feedback to the appropriate teams. We definitely don't hate you guys. 121
