@pavel @mkyral You don't have to worry too much about that, it doesn't degrade that fast and, yes, leaving and still image is absolutely not a problem. Just keep in mind that if you see ghosting its's nothing to be concerned about and you should just do a full refresh if you don't want it

big personal drawing I did for a desktop background on my new arch system, so proud of it please boost

This digital drawing features a night-time room, and Constant, the purple and blue aerion math teacher with a large labcoat. He's laying against a cabinet, holding a phone with keyboard in one of his hands.
Next to him is a shelf featuring various items: A mug, a few books in a weird language, hard drives, game consoles, a large stack of blank paper, a scarf, and a box with more of that weird aerion language on the front. Behind Constant are two posters: one featuring white circles over a blue background, the other features a knight over a 2d chess board, with arrows pointing up and left. The door is barely visible, hidden behind Constant from our perspective, but next to that door is an empty whiteboard with a smaller shelf under it, notably empty.
Next to the whiteboard is a server rack, which seems to be working. There's also a clock with no hands and a telescope looking out of one of the three windows on the wall opposite to Constant. In the middle of the room is a table with an office chair next to it and a mattress under it, as well as a laptop over it, turned on, showing what appears to be a voice call with Constant and two other characters. In-between Constant and the table is a blue rug. The sky outside shows a starry night sky with shades of blue and orange.
