But taking it as a diff species and not just a name change leads to wiki essentially treating it as there was an invasive beetle pushing out another invasive beetle. 000
Tarponpet @tarponpet.bsky.social · 01/06/2026Its literally not, in the Japanese game it litetally has the same name as the original Pikmin 1 enemy. It all stems from a mistranslation in the first place that made the larva species the same Lithopod species in the english Pikmin 2. 100

There was Chinese version of Oblivion Mobile, which upon initial inspection appears to have additional assets not in the English version. Slouchbears were originally present prominently in ESO game files, but a lot of references to them have since been removed. However, at least one line of dialogue referencing a "slouchbear surprise" made it into the game and the Emperor's Guide. 2376
