This both fascinates me and scares me. People who separate ai from the people who created it. My guy, ai isn’t an actual intelligence. It’s not real. It’s a program. It can’t be influenced or inspired, which is why every ai image looks the same or is a complete rip off of someone else’s work.

As for the environment. That's not on Al, that's a choice of the corps that build them. They shouldn't be anywhere near resources people rely on. They can be built offshore.

These videocassettes could only be viewed with an ancient machine called a VCR, and to obtain more videos, one had to set out into brick-and-mortar shops to buy them. Alternatively, if someone wanted to watch a videocassette but not necessarily own it, they could go to a rental shop, where a customer could borrow a video for a fee. Because one had to have the physical cassette in order to view the video contained all cassettes for a certain movie were already rented out, a customer looking ovie would be out of luck, and their only recourse would be to choose a ovie or drive across town to a different rental shop.
