re: everything ts recently 🧵 something i feel that’s gotten lost in all of the controversy is the whole idea of intent vs impact. you can hold the belief that ts did not intend to replicate a dogwhistle while acknowledging that it read as a dogwhistle to many people, especially marginalized folk.
