And yeah we are getting Sega picks but along with all the update characters being muted as well as the lack of extra Sega/Sonic courses the dlc is very disapointing.

Too many of these games just feel like they just throwing random popular ips to cross promote brands rather than genuine cool picks. Its also a Sonic game and where practically only the base roster are Sonic characters (not including reskins/classic Sonic.

I just find it to be lame and just there for cross promotion and brand recognition. I still dont know the audience for some these characters. Too many random crossovers rather than great characters to come back.

Still can't believe Sonic and Sega AllStars Racing still has the best roster out of this series.

000

TanookiPlayer @tanookiplayer.bsky.social · 19h

I would've like it if we got more courses that weren't tied with collabs.

100

TanookiPlayer @tanookiplayer.bsky.social · 20h

I mean the first wave of dlc was nothing but dumb 3rd party picks too.

100

TanookiPlayer @tanookiplayer.bsky.social · 20h

This wave of dlc SUCKS. Only 1 neat paid dlc and thats the sega arcade ones. So little Sega and Sonic in a Sonic game.

Hell yeah. It's really bloody good.

It's on Switch 1 & 2 & PC. I used the analog for some of the game's interactions but I can tell the game was designed with the mouse in mind. If you love sweet short stories then give Dear Me, I was... a go. ^_^

TanookiPlayer @tanookiplayer.bsky.social · 08/10/2026

It's such a lovely story of a woman throughout her life, her passion for art & her relationships. The visuals is a mixture of watercolour art & rotoscope. The art is done by Taisuke Kanasaki known for his work on Another Code & Hotel Dusk. I had a glass of Irish Cream & had a good time with the game

TanookiPlayer @tanookiplayer.bsky.social · 08/10/2026

I had this for a while on my Switch 1 but I finally sat down I put Dear me, I was... on & by goodness the art & music are superb. This is more of an interactive novel but it's such a charming, short & beautiful title with no dialogue that tells a sweet story of the life of a woman. I recommend it.

That's an awful thing to say to about a former friend who nearly ended their life & even post it in public. Someone who had a dark moment in their life probably didn't want that in public to begin with & saying "good times" & dead-naming them is messed up. Hope the lady is alright.

My friend brought up a lot of good points in this and showed both sides of the argument. Check this out, it's pretty insightful

I've been adding a diary on letterboxd too. Not all the movies I've watched have been noteworthy to write something down but it's been fun getting some of my rough thoughts on some of these. I've seen a lot of movies this year. letterboxd.com/tanookiplaye...

I will say it's been a great experience so far & had made me understand what I like & don't like in my movies. I've gained a few favourites here too that I will be watching again. Schindler's List is one of the best movies so far but it's probably the only amazing ones I won't rewatch again. 😭

Some of these movies are bad though like Out of Africa & Shakespeare in Love. The latest film so far Crash has to be one of the worst movies I've seen during this marathon. Still missed a few & I'm planning to rewatch the Lord of the Rings movie for like the 10th time. That's why Return isn't here.

Been awhile since I've posted this but currently in the mid 2000s of Oscar winning movies. Some of these films have been amazing like Chicago. Revisited Silence of the Lambs & it's still an amazing thriller. I even cried at a few of them like Schindler's List, Ordinary People & Rain Man.

Saw the new Resident Evil movie. Not a high bar but this is the best Resident Evil movie. The film has some amazing shots & sound design. I got pretty uncomfortable during certain moments. I immediately brought Weapons afterwards.

Not all of these are my favourite even in their series but these 9 games have shaped my tastes whether that be during early years of my life or in Silent Hill 2's case in the last few years. #My9Games my9games.net/en/share/102...

Besides the visuals it looks fine. I'm not interested in buying the remake as it doesn't look interesting to me & already played the original & its 3DS version numerous times (currently playing the original at the moment). I would only play it if it was a gift from someone.

It was apparently Capcom. It got enough attention that they were aware of it.

Shame that the Sega vs Capcom project shut down. I would love to see a Sega vs Capcom fighting game in the future. I guess whats on the internet stays on the internet. Hope for the best for the devs and carry on working on future projects.
