I've been on this "acquire redundancy" journey that has me buying highly functional "dumb watches", a disconnected digital audio player, DVDs, etc. Next up is a digital camera. All to help reduce smart phone involvement/intrusion in my life. Already feeling the peace.

I had plans with bears and cute friends and guzzlrs this weekend but it all got canceled after some phone addicted lady rear-ended me on Fri. Got my brain rattled and had to stop using it for a couple days (no screens). Glad my BP is finally normal again. Not using your brain is boring and weird.

20y ago I bought a BluRay player that came with 5 free DVDs. I chose from a "best of" list and got The Prestige. I finally watched it tonite for the 1st time. So good. But David Bowie as Nikola Tesla...kinda mind blowing on some levels. Great movie to start the zhuzhed up cuddle enabled media room.
