Starting a new hobby because you're in a depressive slump and nothing sparks joy is just making things worse for yourself in the future. Sure the new hobby/obsession helps now, but later once you hit this slump again it'll just be another addition to the list of things that no longer spark joy.

Today I'm reminded that I'm closer to 40 than 30, yesterday evening in order to install the gap covers between my oven and counter I had to raise the hight of if my oven and in yrud autistic fashion I didn't ask for help, just lifting with my legs as I struggled for 30 minutes.

Just putting this out there, IF the new FF7 wing has its own currency that's total BS. Especially when the only thing will be a typing game, as someone with dyslexia and anxiety, tested on my typing speed Infront of other people is stressful, the main reason I play 14 is cause I can on a controller.
