well, Lee Seungwoo didn't get selected. umm, disappointed in his K League call ups.. tbh. i was hoping for some younger players to get included but.. oh well, guy has a short contract, he can't do much

starting XI without Mitoma, Kubo, Endo, and Minamino.. team without a super star (even if the above 4 were in the starting XI), but 26 players deep with solid players.

i have tickets to rd 16... based on this roster, i think i lost all hope unless Lee Kangin goes lights out. Hong MB stuck with his favorites, didn't test new players (except in "training"), and it is full of avg to below avg players (defense is trash). relies too much on few "star" players

No surprises... Mitoma missing out hurts, this was supposed to be his World Cup but oh well. Can't do much about injuries.. and well, he peaked before the World Cup (for about good 2 or 3 yrs)

Almost a perfect pic/result for me. Missing Japanese American in the pic/podium

meh, not a fan of the defense (especially the FBs). midfield, more or less expected but Won Dujae & Park Jinsub is ptless. i want to see Jeong WY of Union Berlin as Utility player (and as WB) but his lack of mins w/ club (mostly off the bench) is hurting his chances

Takeuchi @takeuchee.bsky.social · 29/09/2025

wtf, this call up... Won Dujae and Lee Dongyeong?? That defense, wtf.. uggh. Why is Jeong Sangbin called up? he has many other wingers he can convert to WB (especially Jeong Wooyeong) who plays at much higher lvl... i am okay with his CB call up but FB/WBs, WTF.

Oh Hyungyu starts for KRC Genk

Takeuchi @takeuchee.bsky.social · 14/09/2025

and start for Lee Kangin in Ligue 1

Takeuchi @takeuchee.bsky.social · 14/09/2025

new manager and etc... feels like Lee Hanbeom is no longer the starter (doesn't help that they bought expensive CB from Serie A) Cho also on the bench

Takeuchi @takeuchee.bsky.social · 25/08/2025

good to see Jens Castrop... besides that, awful squad. Jeong Sanbin? i understand the friendlies and WC is in NA but he doesn't belong here. also, probably would have been better to select Kim Jisoo over Kim Taehyun for 4th CB spot. K League based DM/CMs selected over Kwon HK, Hong HS? 🙅

kim minsu vs marvin park confirmed

Takeuchi @takeuchee.bsky.social · 17/08/2025

yup, Lee Kangin starts. rewarded for his goal but also, feels like rotation by Enrique with many of the "usual" starters starting from bench

010

Takeuchi @takeuchee.bsky.social · 17/08/2025

start for Kwon, bench duty for Hong HS. Lee Kangin is expected to started today for PSG (being rewarded for his goal it seems)

it ain't fun following Lee Hanbeom. i have to deal with terrible streams...

Takeuchi @takeuchee.bsky.social · 23/06/2025

absolutely boring EAFF squad

010

Takeuchi @takeuchee.bsky.social · 26/05/2025

this call up by Hong Myungbo is just trash.. i am not sure if i can continue to defend him when his call up are absurd/bizarre & team continues to play poorly is he even an upgrade over Jurgen Klinsmann? starting to think more and more, this team has regressed....

Takeuchi @takeuchee.bsky.social · 21/05/2025

wow, didn't expect Son to start from the bench

000

Takeuchi @takeuchee.bsky.social · 25/03/2025

lol at the starting XI for KNT.

100

Takeuchi @takeuchee.bsky.social · 20/03/2025

KNT (annoyed by Lee Kangin not starting) and JNT starting XI

Takeuchi @takeuchee.bsky.social · 10/03/2025

Defense is depressing. Kids in EU aren't getting mins & I can't think of any young defense players who are worthy.. midfield, again.. depressing in DM/holding mid position. Jens Castrop is not included, while i don't have a clue why Park YW & Won DJ are included.

i wonder if Lee Kangin will push for a move in the summer.
