Just 10 days until THROW AWAY THE KEY is out in the world! If you miss Zora and Granny Marion, you're sure to get your fix, but Emma is the highlight of this story. I thought I'd share a little taste of the tropey goodness from this sapphic romance. Preorder: buff.ly/3Eq2uVe

A promotional image for the book "Throw Away The Key" by Taj McCoy, set for release on February 20th. The book cover is centered on a background of cherry blossoms and the Washington Monument reflected in water. Around the cover are black arrows pointing to different elements, labeling various themes and tropes of the story: "Grumpy Sunshine," "Will They/Won't They," "Forced Proximity," "Fear of Commitment," "Landlady/Tenant," "Fur Baby," and "Bookstore Romance." The text "Out Feb 20!!" appears in pink at the top of the image.

I lived in LA for 12 years. So many friends and chosen family members have had to evacuate, and many of them have relatives who lost their homes. Others are packed and waiting for an order. Check on your people and ask how best you can support them. They may be safe, but they are not okay.

Times like this I get frustrated with hopeless, selfless narratives about this country. Yeah some people suck, including our elected officials but for two straight days all over LA County, there are so many people helping each other.
