The Tainted Tarot @taintedtarot.bsky.social · 13/03/2026Once you’ve made these connections, think about the card interpretations and how these relate to your insight. Do they validate you, or give you a new angle to consider? Once you’ve got the hang of this, you can use it with any number of cards! Soon, you’ll be able to see a spread and see the story! 030
The Tainted Tarot @taintedtarot.bsky.social · 13/03/2026With suits, your new knowledge of suit meanings also helps! Is the card a sword, showing that they make decisions based on rationality and facts? Or are they a cup, following their heart wherever it leads? 130
The Tainted Tarot @taintedtarot.bsky.social · 13/03/2026The order of your cards is also important! Is the character facing the second card, or turning their back to it? Are they reaching out for it, or pushing it away? Are the cards going from darkness to light, or the other way round? 120
The Tainted Tarot @taintedtarot.bsky.social · 13/03/2026No one interpretation is correct, and it's good to practice to build up your skills and draw more from your cards! Your interpretation can also reflect on the questions asked, how you relate it to your circumstances, and what wisdom you seek to gain! 120
The Tainted Tarot @taintedtarot.bsky.social · 13/03/2026From these, try to find your own interpretation! One of the cards shows a wealthy man, while the other shows a worker; potentially a change in your financial situation? Both show a figure or object above clouds; perhaps you will find clarity on something? 120
The Tainted Tarot @taintedtarot.bsky.social · 13/03/2026Try not to think too hard about the interpretations just yet! Just jot the first things you notice, as you notice them! Are the characters holding something? Do they both have animals? Are they facing opposite directions? Their fashion, their age, anything that you immediately notice! 120
The Tainted Tarot @taintedtarot.bsky.social · 13/03/2026Starting with 2 cards pulled at random, place them side by side, and see what connects them! Colours, objects, card numbers, court cards, which arcana or suit they belong to, even how they clash! Jot these down! 120
The Tainted Tarot @taintedtarot.bsky.social · 13/03/2026To figure it out ourselves, we are going to try bridging! With experience, this is a valuable tool that will help you see how 2, 3, 4, however many cards your spread are connected, the importance of the order they’re pulled, and the overarching story! 120
The Tainted Tarot @taintedtarot.bsky.social · 13/03/2026It might be easy to take the cards at face value, but this can be confusing if the cards have opposite meanings! It's important to try to learn the card individually, and try to see the whole story! It simply isn’t possible for a guidebook to show every single combination, as nice as that sounds! 120
The Tainted Tarot @taintedtarot.bsky.social · 13/03/2026Your cards are drawn; you know the meanings…but what do they all mean together? Well, let's figure out how the cards of your spread connect! #HazbinTaintedTarot #HazbinHotel #HazbinSeason2 #HelluvaBoss 183

The Tainted Tarot @taintedtarot.bsky.social · 06/03/2026Be resourceful! Many creators dedicate their videos and posts to breaking down and explaining the cards in ways easy to understand, from beginners to pros! Throw on a video as you learn and follow their steps! Many video sites and even dedicated websites will have amazing resources to help you! 100
The Tainted Tarot @taintedtarot.bsky.social · 06/03/2026Want to understand your cards thoroughly? A quick “card of the day” pull can help focus on them one at a time, letting you study it, understand it and memorise! Then, when you see it again in your larger spreads, you’ll remember how it related to that day! 100
The Tainted Tarot @taintedtarot.bsky.social · 06/03/2026Start by giving each card its own “keyword”! The Ace of Swords? Breakthrough! Nine of Cups? Wish! Simplifying them can help their symbolism stick, paving the way for deeper understanding. 100
The Tainted Tarot @taintedtarot.bsky.social · 06/03/2026Most decks also come with a handy-dandy booklet (much like ours), that breaks down each card individually! While this might be a bit difficult to study, it CAN be helpful to quickly check the meaning behind a card as you go, ensuring your understanding is accurate! 100
The Tainted Tarot @taintedtarot.bsky.social · 06/03/2026The first step is choosing a deck (if you haven’t already chosen ours!). While there is a wide range to pick (check our post on finding a perfect deck), for a starter deck, it may be helpful to find one with clear imagery! You can find learner decks with titles and meanings printed on the cards! 100
The Tainted Tarot @taintedtarot.bsky.social · 06/03/2026Ways to Learn Tarot! Tarot is complex! Even with our guides, it can often be overwhelming to deal the cards and figure out their meanings, interpretations, and story! So, let's break out ways in which we can learn together! #HazbinTaintedTarot #HazbinHotel #HazbinSeason2 #HelluvaBoss 182
