I'm gonna be a bit real for a moment. I saw the term "Learned Helplessness" a week or so ago, and properly looked into it about two days ago. And recognized the signs in myself. I'm going to try and attempt to try and break through those bad habits. At least the weight loss is a good start!

I recently remembered about the Voredex, and thought that I need to get back to trying to complete that... But then I remembered about the RotomDex back in Gen 7... They would definately lead trainers to hungry pokemon to get churned and post the act on the trainer's social media. Idea maybe?

I say all of this because Scrafty brainrot has been hitting hard this entire year. And the two ways that get me with them is either: a smooth talking flirt at the bar, slowly rizzing you up to take the plunge, or the dangerous alleyway threat at night, taking you for themselves without warning.

Ever since playing through ZA and using Scrafty as my main pokemon, They've really shot up in my pokemon rankings. Remembering the early days of online ZA and how tanky Scrafty could be, using Poison Jab to knock out any unsuspecting Fairy types trying to go for a kill.

Man I found this song in the middle the pandemic I believe. I found the english version by Oktavia and thats my go to, but I listened to this one from time to time and Mafumafu just hits much harder. I've probably cried to this song more an any other song. Highly recommend for destressing.
