At it's core, 10,000 SWORDS AGAINST HEAVEN is NOT about presenting xia, buddhas, bodhisattvas, demigods, semidevils, and other martial heroes and villains as revolutionary, but rather Revolutionaries and the united Working Class as xia, buddhas, bodhisattvas, demigods, semidevils, martial heroes, and villains.
The term for this time by almost every scholar and theorist and historian across the Trichiliocosm is a variation of the same thing: they call it the Red Kalpa.

## Ludodemocratic Centralism

In general, should the table find a situation not covered by the Systems of the game—and you will, for the Trichiliocosm is vast and infinite—then the entire table can debate as to how to solve it according to the Principles of the Game and the already existing systems. This can even lead the Table to create new Systems and new Mechanics, which are encouraged.

However, once an entire table settles on a System, and the Intercessor employs it upon the game, then the entire table must side with the decision. The Intercessor is the instrument that carries out the decision of the council that is the table, but it is also the arbitrator and protector of the decision of the table. Once a decision has been made, everyone on the table must perform in adherence to this, especially during play.

Concessions and Dissents are welcome but only outside of table-play, so as to not halt or ruin the flow of the World. Again, this should invite debate across the entire table. This also assumes that all entities on the table are versed in the Systems and Principles of a ROMANCE OF THE LOTUS THRONE game.
