Wriothesley finally has a pet.

This is the first thing I said when I heard her voice. I'm really happy they did that. It completely changes how she comes across - almost making her more believable as a character. We are multifaceted beings. We are made up of boxes, not confined to being put into them.

I threw a few wishes at her banner, just because of those lines and the fact that she will sometimes lean in with the most intense stare at whoever she is speaking to. You think the ocean is deep? That stare was penetrating souls, dissecting them and analyzing them for science.

First few years of school I struggled to hold a pencil, and teachers were on my case all the time trying to fix how I moved it. I wrote letters in reverse, and still to this day struggle to hold a pen correctly. Now people tell me I'm naturally talented in drawing and my writing is so neat. 🤷

New piece "Impromptu Performance" Something to commemorate 7.0. I love the senpai/kohai relationship between these two. #Sandrone #Odette #GenshinImpact #GenshinSnezhnaya

I neeeeed to get off my ass. I'm currently digging through hard drives and USBs in an effort to find all the pieces I've painted/inked, so I can select relevant works for a portfolio.

Wrote about Jaadugar's incredible dedication to cultural accuracy, but how rather than trapping itself in the constraints of objective reality, it thrives in the gaps between factual history and compelling lies. A gorgeous, unique production worth exploring blog.sakugabooru.com/2026/08/07/j...

🤣I wish! It's not a legit eyelid per say, but I think it was more a casual name for it? He said it was a layer of skin that started growing over my eye to protect it due to lack of sleep. He said it would have been really problematic if it reached my iris. I *did* bring it on myself though.

I had the pleasure of doing spot art for @noctuapavo.bsky.social 's written piece for the Zenith zine. I really enjoyed drawing and painting the wings! These were done traditionally with ink and an ink wash. #kaeluc #genshinzine #kaeya #diluc #illustration #traditional

we would not even have the brushes we have in Krita today. Do people not realize all the tutorials and stuff he has put out over years on using Krita and the brushes he's made?

Tacet with a Tea @tacet.bsky.social · 06/08/2026

I'm also not following the whole 2 brush claim. I also hold multiple brushes in order to swap quickly and not get paint on the desk from the bristles. Cos yeah, you would use different size brushes or different tips. This whole accusation is sad. Without David's involvement in Krita's development,

I've thought about this a lot, but all it results in is thinking about which clones would be cursed to do the dishes and laundry. And then dealing with all the clones' anxiety.

I'm excited to get it done. This test is for an animation I storyboarded in late 2021/early 2022! In 2024, I tried to finish it for Kaeya's birthday - giving myself only a month to do it. I burned out. It got lost in the wip folder. Now I'm getting back to it. Thank you for coming to my TedTalk. 😅

"Oooh! A genshin comic idea in my wip folder! Let me just colour it..." 💀 Am I slow, impatient, or do I not understand how time consuming colouring a 2 page comic is? (It's probably all of the above)

I don't think it comes from a place of harm, but more from this cultural osmosis of thinking of art and creation as environmentally natural and not a product of intentionality and ambition.
