the air fryer is your friend if you own one. not everyone can afford an expensive piece of equipment so you can achieve similar effects by covering the veggies in tinfoil in the oven at 425. sometimes issues with vegetables are just the texture and roasting them will be better than boiling

-if there are any vegetables that you DO like add them to everything that you make, even if it's just a cup of instant ramen. same with fruit. you can only handle the texture of grapes or pineapple? just eat pineapple or grapes then. it's good to get the vitamins even if its the same food every time

-chop up vegetables very small and add them to things that you like, i recommend one pot rice cooker meals because it makes the vegetables very soft and the same texture as the rice but ymmv, if chopping is too much work that may not be an option

At the end of some lessons, Duolingo will ask you if you want to practice by translating a real-world document. Which will turn out to be, say, a BuzzFeed article. By melding together enough stabs at this task from high-level Duolingo users, the app can render a surprisingly accurate translation. Which is worth good money. So far, Duolingo has contracts with BuzzFeed and CNN to translate stories from English into languages such as Spanish, French, and Portuguese. This service is already earning Duolingo hundreds of thousands of dollars a year, but von Ahn predicts he will be adding a raft of new clients soon. “The language translations market is huge,” he says. “It’s a $30 billion per year market.”
