John Thune, Senate Majority Leader, trying to blame Democrats for the Senate’s lack of cost control for Americans is pretty funny. He points to Husted’s Ratepayer Protection Act that had no teeth to it. It merely asked states to “consider” legislative drafting protections for energy consumers.
