Each Delta cohort chooses the systemic practices they want to develop first. The facilitation team then live-designs a curriculum around those needs, bringing in three frameworks or tools from the wider field of #SystemsChange.

The framework invites a shift in perspective: a person, a team, an organisation or a place doesn’t exist separately from the larger living systems it sits inside. And it offers a different way of understanding how transformation happens: change at one level ripples through the others. 💧

Many people come to Delta already thinking in systems. And yet, some work in isolation – focusing on one part of a system without asking how it connects to everything around it. Some cohorts have explored this through Nested Wholes – a framework from Regenesis Institute for Regenerative Practice. 🌀
