Ooo, a new malapropism! And I get to be the zesty asshole who points it out! The phrase is "concerted effort," for "everyone working together." People also use it the same as "determined effort" w/ just one person. ("Concede" means to accept defeat, kinda opposite!) I apologize for the rudeness. 😔
