She asks people not to speculate on the circumstances surrounding the incident and again asks the public not to share distressing content online.
"I have no doubt regarding the impact that this appalling incident has had on those who were injured, their family and friends," she says.
She adds that it's heartening the "human impact" on emergency services has been recognised, and thanks the public.

I feel a spring UK budget will be forthcoming as Reeves has ran out of money. Seriously, it’s gone. The cost of government borrowing rose again this morning and the pound fell, leading to a wipeout of public finances. She has no option but to announce more sweeping cuts in the coming months.

Child Poverty % (children living in households below the minimum wage) Denmark 2.4% Finland 3.2% Norway 3.6% Sweden 3.6% The UK 32.1% All four of those countries have child benefits, paid by taxing the rich, that make it almost impossible for a child to be in poverty.
