Time to go fishing! I was told max Happiness will almost guarantee a bite every time in HGSS, and with Ampharos's Static, the spawn rate for Chinchou should be 60%! Here's to hoping I don't phase too much (ideally not at all)🤞 #DTQ

I've finished setting up for my Chinchou hunt! I might add a Sticky Hold Grimer or something if the encounters go too slowly, but for now let's see how it plays out #DTQ

Today I forced myself to gather the Dive Balls I need for the next hunt of my #DTQ, which will also coincidentally be the most difficult hunt of the bunch :) It's a shame I won't have a Pokémon with Suction Cups/Sticky Hold, but I guess that will serve to make this hunt even more challenging!

So I'm hearing about something called a Surfing Pikachu in USUM that can apparently be shiny? Might want to look into that... 👀 OH and also a Surfing Pichu that is also huntable? But it can only be received from Pokémon Box, which makes it really rare. ...So It's a good thing I got this as a kid.

When I first started the Galarian birds, I had less than half of the Platinum type medals. Now it's basically all but guaranteed I will get them all before I find one (1) shiny Galarian Moltres. Isn't this game wonderful? 🙂

Remember when I said this? Well with the Go Fest makeup event, I got more candy. A lot more. So now if I don't find G-Moltres by the time this candy is spent up, I'm not going to crash out, no no. Because I will know that it's time for me to retire from shiny hunting. :)

This is my life now 🫩 it's amazing how it feels like there is still so little that is known about finding Galarian birds in GO. Most of what I'm able to find is conjecture/guesstimating at best. My brain craves solid data, but it feels like the best advice is to just go one day at a time 😭
