Probably. Family doctor reported I had lost 4cm since 2014 (I'm now 59) immediately called for a bone Density test, which came out normal. Foot size shrank 9->8 (women's) wrists became smaller, lost tons of muscle mass. 21 months of HRT, sedentary lifestyle with absolutely no exercise whatsoever.
