Translucent is disappointed with today’s Supreme Court judgement. However we need to consider the judgement carefully before responding fully.

Translucent is aware that many in the trans community will be extremely worried by this decision and its implications.

We would like to reassure them that they are still protected from discrimination, victimisation and harassment because of their protected characteristic of gender reassignment.

If a trans community member experiences discrimination or harassment, we suggest they promptly seek legal support, whether from a local solicitor, free advice centre, or a family solicitor and consider what legal actions they can take to protect themselves and others.

It is vital to remain calm whilst our legal teams evaluate the consequences of this decision and consider whether further action may be taken in the European Court of Human Rights to reinstate any rights we may have lost.

Quick question for any of the #nerdlings who might know. I've not played since 6E/7E, and I'm not really planning on playing, but I like to make sure I could if given the chance. This is my Eldar as it will be when painted, plus musings to get me to 2k points - anything I've missed/ general advice?

Did some number crunching this morning:

Eldar Combat patrol (from magazine) + Eldar Combat Patrol (new from box) + Striking Scorpion Kill Team <- all owned at the moment - breaks down as follows:

Farseer -70pts
Spiritseer - 65 pts
Wraithlord - 140 pts
Wind Rider squad of 3 - 80 pts
Wind Rider squad of 3 - 80 pts
Guardian Squad - 100 pts
Wraith Guard squad of 5 - 170 pts
Wraith Guard squad of 5 - 170 pts
Dire Avenger squad of 5 - 80 pts
Dire Avenger squad of 5 - 80 pts
Striking Scorpion squad of 5 - 85 pts
Striking Scorpion squad of 5 - 85 pts
Warp Spider squad of 5 - 95 pts

Total - 1300 points that I will own when the last Wraith guard squad arrives on whichever magazine that is.

If I add to that the following:

Dark Reaper squad of 5 - 90 pts
Falcon - 130 pts
Wave serpent - 125 pts
Warlock conclave of 4 - 110 pts
Warlock skyrunner conclave of 2 - 90 pts

That adds a further 545 pts to it. With a total of 1845 pts, I'm very close to a 2k force, and the other 155 points can be spent in add ons..... A 2k eldar army is quite possible, and seems pretty well balanced.

I might have to split the two warlock conclaves into two unit each, but attach a skyrunner to each wind rider squad, the warlock conclave gets attached to the guardians, spirit seer goes with one unit of wraith guards. Wave serpent can either carry a unit of dire avengers (or both) - or if you really want comedy value, load it up with a wraithguard squad with the spirit seer - if they've got either wraith blades or wraith axes, they can cause major issues charging into any battle line 😄
Load-out wise - the Wraithlord gets the glaive, missile launcher and star cannon, guardians geta supporting scatter laser. One unit of wraith guards gets wraith cannons, the other gets either d-scythes or wraith axes. Falcon gets bright lance, wave serpent gets twin-linked missile launchers. As many bikes as possible get scatter lasers....
