Whoopsie, I forgot about this app again, but in case you're wondering what we've been up to, I wrote this on cookies today. So now you know. And you're welcome. 😘

Frosted sugar cookie with buttercream lettering that reads "DJT shits his pants".

We stand with our Canadian friends and neighbors, with whom we currently feel more aligned in terms of values and priorities, than we do with our current "government", made up of power-hungry bigots, idiots, and grifters. Fuck those assholes. #ohCanada

Very bad. How many of us will be hurt by this senseless coup? (it's all of us, isn't it?)

I keep forgetting to post over here, but I wanted to remind you that we don't *just* have our "Nazis are Always BAD" cookies, we also make just regular tasty stuff. I never opened the bakery as a means to fight fascism, but if it needs to be done as well, we'll do it. 🙌 #antifascistbakery

The Handmaid's Tale is a good book. But did you know that there's a book written by a Black woman about a post-apocalyptic Earth heavily affected by climate change and societal decline. The book was published in 1993, but is set in 2024 following a presidential election 👀 #BookSky #BlackBookSky

President Biden tried to raise the overtime threshold, which is the point where salaried workers are entitled to earn overtime pay. It would have helped millions. A Trump appointed judge in Texas just blocked it. Please tell me you see which party is actually fighting for the average worker.

The overtime rule is one of the most far-reaching economic reforms that President Joe Biden has fought for.

Goodreads is owned by Amazon & there is an AMAZING alternative‼️ The StoryGraph is a black women-owned competitor to GoodReads with better UI in my opinion. When you sign up you can even transfer your data from Goodreads to StoryGraph!
