NY Times Editorial Board: “The first 100 days of President Trump’s second term have done more damage to American democracy than anything else since the demise of Reconstruction. Mr. Trump is attempting to create a presidency unconstrained by Congress or the courts…” www.nytimes.com/2025/05/01/o...

The patriotic response to today’s threat to American democracy is to oppose Trump soberly and strategically.

She returned with again a bunch of garbage that most Americans don’t care about. Ideals? Hungry stomach doesn’t care about ideals.

Any psychologist or psychiatrist (or former abused spouse) will tell you that President Zelensky gave a master class today on how to deal with a malignant narcissist. He is an amazing man. We can all learn from him.

Pathetic. Shameful. Cowardly. Disgusting. Trump and JD Vance showed the world they will enthusiastically reward the aggression of dictators and don't think freedom is worth fighting for. They are setting fire to Reagan's "City Upon A Hill."

US likes to throw a lot of money at stuff, OpenAI is great example. Billions of dollars 'wasted' whereas DeepSeek showed that if you are smart, you can build things at a fraction of that cost and build it quickly. Why are US companies this inefficient?

It's not the time to get scared or cave in or look away. It's time to fight even harder because our future depends on what we do. We can't let tyrannical people to destroy our lives and our country. FIGHT BACK.

As part of their sell process they sent a really nice Patagonia fleece with the Facebook logo. Still have the fleece but we tore out the embroidered logo. 😂

Tomorrow, Donald Trump will be sentenced as a felon. Tomorrow the whining stops, the stalling becomes impossible, and the hammer of justice comes down on our unfit president-elect.

Dear 'media' stop normalizing abnormality. STOP normalizing Trump and his mob. It's going to be the most corrupt and incompetent government. That's what it is and Donald is a felon who hates democratic process. That should be the baseline.

As much as I want to like Threads, it’s by the same guy who created Facebook which has become the misinformation platform to spread lies. Bluesky seems to be a sane choice. Why are you here?

I wanted to go EV route but I don’t drive to work. Most of my driving is for pleasure, thus I got v8 mustang or for DiY woodworking. I was tempting to get Lightning but the size was too big for my needs so I went with Ford Ranger. Only if Ford made a midsize Lightning I will get it right away.

Just got @asus.bsky.social Rog Strix Scar 16 for gaming. I needed some mobility. Steam Deck is great but smaller screen leave a lot to be desired for games like Witcher.
