True. Android and iOS are trash nowadays. I really want to see some alternatives for mobile devices. Armada Linux has been very impressive so far though, we just need more compatibility with other devices!

I've been ill these past couple weeks so I cannot give a good comparison quite yet. Bright light bothers me and I can't hear all that well. I do plan to compare the Frame with the Quest Pro and BigScreen 2E though!

Well it could supplement in the meantime along with bringing support for other headsets Resonite does not support and not be rude, probably will not support because they're quite niche nowadays. I think you'd make quite a few people happy implementing VRCFT and ultimately lower developer stress.

Oh! Okay, I understand. I might have a good solution though. You could implement VRCFT. That should get support for the Frame very quickly! They have a great track record for supporting face tracking.

True, but not entirely. You could've had an idea of how well Resonite would've run on it and at least build the infrastructure for an Arm64 build. Just because they're not the same doesn't mean one cannot aid in the support of the other. Plus you would've had Linux Arm64 for other devices too!

Didn't I offer to help with that before? I know I don't have the frame, but I did have handhelds that ran similar chipsets and used the same software the Frame uses to play games. It would've given you at least a head start porting to the actual hardware.

I'm a big dummy. My originally PC only home world got an updated recently and it hasn't been updated since 2019! Unfortunately I assumed that meant it loaded the PC version. My deepest apologies for the misinformation. Hopefully this video explains it better.

So I guess you can load PC worlds and avatars on VRChat mobile? Accidentally downloaded this strange version of VRC when trying to get mobile working on my Vive Focus 3. It turns out it's the Steam Frame version which is just the PC version compiled for Arm64 with some bugs.

I feel like large worlds with defined hangout spots are not too bad. However, I agree that less is more. Put a lot of effort into a smaller space then stretching yourself thin with a giant world.
