Rebocap seems to work almost perfect out of the box with #VNyan. Only issue is the same as with any IMU tracker/mocap suit - the absolute position tracking is not very precise Time to re-implement the hybrid tracking I did with a mocap suit some years ago to allow Vive tracker to track the hip

You'll have to use the legacy web camera tracker option. Sadly the builtin unity webcamera's required functionality is not implemented in wine and this is what the new webcamera tracker requires

If you use or were considering using SAMMI, switch to a different program. The new sole developer is extremely pro-AI, has already started using it in the code, and is in support of its use for genAI images as well. Everyone who protested this was told to leave the server and stop using SAMMI.

Chrizz, now the sole developer of SAMMI, saying: I want to clarify some things and I apologize ahead of time if this sounds rude.

It's still work in the progress but since people seem to have complaints about allowing AI in SAMMI.

AI has always been a thing in SAMMIs source code itself.

SAMMI is a tool that allows the users to do whatever they want with it.
The change the previous DEV Team made about forbidding AI art will be reverted, but there will be the necessity to let people know if you use AI art.
I also will revert some other changes like the extension policy.

Why am I doing this?
It's easy, because every person should be able to decide on their own if they want to use AI or not as well as if they want to support AI.
If you can not respect this decission, it's ok.
Everyone can have their own oppinion about this and if your oppinion is different, feel free to no longer support or use SAMMI.

It's pretty much a VTube Studio plugin integration. I'm not really familiar enough with Inochi Session to know whether it has similar API capabilities. If it does then I'm not going to rule out possibility of similar integration at some point

Here's a cool thing we were trying out on stream last night - tracked guitar with full body tracking in VNyan! Tracking is all vive trackers with one on the head of my guitar. Uses a quick script I made to adjust for avatar positioning so it lined up properly #vtuber #vsky #VTuberTech #VNyan #LZQT

This an issue in Wine. Lina has already a patched Proton version with a fix but VNyan also comes with a linux fixes zip file with a patched dll. Native build won't happen as we'd need to remove too many features - not worth running that over running with proton
