Home after a breath of fresh air in Bournemouth/Poole. The deep bronze beaches are long, beach huts are plenty, and the Russell Coates Gallery is well worth a visit. Thank you #Dorset

Novel edits are in, a few tweaks on an old short story re-hashed, soon to return to the next novel wip... and writing moves on. We write, we edit, we polish, and we grow through the layers, all the while learning and changing, in writing as in life, the life of a writer. ❤️

I truly love and enjoy writing. The chaos, the surprises, discipline, dead-ends, ghost roads, focus, catharsis, that feeling of being changed by my own work. I wouldn’t outsource this to AI software for *anything*. But then again, I’m an actual writer who enjoys writing.
