Susan's War Fan Account @susanswar.bsky.social · 06/05/2026wow susan in the time war they should make a series about that 040
Susan's War Fan Account @susanswar.bsky.social · 18/05/2025yeah it's a shame the tv show mostly ignores big finish, but hey it is what it is i'd never complain at more susan content 020
Susan's War Fan Account @susanswar.bsky.social · 18/05/2025(this is genuine btw doctor who canon is non-existent enough anyway that i would still enjoy her appearing in a larger role even if she turns to camera and categorically says susan's war didn't happen) 120
Susan's War Fan Account @susanswar.bsky.social · 18/05/2025Can't believe the queen of #DoctorWho returned this week 😍 can't wait to sit in a cinema and watch the best Big Finish series be decanonised 😍 361
Susan's War Fan Account @susanswar.bsky.social · 11/04/2025was hoping for susan's war 4 announcement as my (slightly pre) birthday treat but i will take some voord news 010
Susan's War Fan Account @susanswar.bsky.social · 09/04/2025aw and thank you for writing it, this series means a lot to me 110
Susan's War Fan Account @susanswar.bsky.social · 07/04/2025And thus ends the Susan's War relisten thread. Thank you to all the @bigfinish.bsky.social team for the best spin-off... the campaign for Susan's War 4 begins 010
Susan's War Fan Account @susanswar.bsky.social · 07/04/2025And finally The Voord Alliance by @andr3wsmith.bsky.social - a nice end to this little arc with the War Doctor and as a big 60s Who fan it's nice to encounter the Voord again, especially being used in a different and interesting way 221
Susan's War Fan Account @susanswar.bsky.social · 07/04/2025It's also a shame not to have Veklin in this set when the previous set was starting to make her relationship with Susan much more interesting, but hopefully that can be followed up on in a future release 100
Susan's War Fan Account @susanswar.bsky.social · 07/04/2025The Last of the Kaleds by David Llewellyn on its own is a good story and makes good and interesting use of the time war concept but I do think I would've preferred the War Doctor's appearance to be a one off in the previous set 100
Susan's War Fan Account @susanswar.bsky.social · 06/04/2025The Golden Child by @anghelides.bsky.social is very up my street as a political story and it's interesting to hear Susan up against a Doctor she has a much more difficult relationship with. It's also sweet how full of praise Carole Ann Ford is in the interviews of Jonathon Carley (and rightly so) 110
Susan's War Fan Account @susanswar.bsky.social · 06/04/2025The Lost Son by @sarahcassidy.bsky.social is... possibly my favourite episode of the whole series? Definitely Carole Ann Ford's best performance, and properly getting into the aftermath of losing Alex in a deeper way that hasn't been done before.. beautiful stuff 121
Susan's War Fan Account @susanswar.bsky.social · 06/04/2025I had forgotten the ending of this set referring to a potential meeting with Rassilon, as much as I love the next two releases I do wish this had been followed up on... maybe Susan's War 4? 👀 100
Susan's War Fan Account @susanswar.bsky.social · 06/04/2025The Shoreditch Intervention by @senrabnala.bsky.social is such a lovely bringing together of classic and new Who. It's always nice to hear Susan interact with the 8th Dr Who (let's just ignore what was said in Legend of Ruby Sunday) and their history in the 8DAs makes their interactions so rich 100
Susan's War Fan Account @susanswar.bsky.social · 06/04/2025Assets of War by @lmorgan.bsky.social is a perfect showcase of what I love about this series and what can be done with Susan as a character - I love her morality shining through and her connection with the Orrovix. I also love that this ep stands on its own without relying on elements from TV eps 110
Susan's War Fan Account @susanswar.bsky.social · 05/04/2025The Uncertain Shore by @0tralala.bsky.social - an intriguing story and the best use of Veklin so far, really enjoyed her interactions with Susan. Interested to learn from the Wiki that the Anti-Dalek Force are a pre-existing thing, always fun when old obscure bits of Who lore are pulled out 110
Susan's War Fan Account @susanswar.bsky.social · 05/04/2025still alive given so often they let characters die offscreen when their actors have died.. but lovely to think of the two of them still together after all that time. A perfect love letter to the best era of #DoctorWho to start the series off 100
Susan's War Fan Account @susanswar.bsky.social · 05/04/2025It was also lovely to relisten to William Russell's last proper performance of Ian (second best companion after Susan) before his Power of the Doctor cameo, it was bittersweet at the time thinking that would be it and sadder now that he has gone. Interesting that the audio confirmed Barbara was 100
Susan's War Fan Account @susanswar.bsky.social · 05/04/2025Starting with Sphere of Influence by @eddierobson.bsky.social and it's such a great first ep to set up the series - having Susan be a diplomat is the perfect role for her in the Time War, and the Sensorites (who are so underrated) are so well used in this 110
Susan's War Fan Account @susanswar.bsky.social · 02/04/2025Exciting delivery today, maybe time for a full relisten of the best #DoctorWho spin-off? 100
