It’s been a while since I painted a piece of furniture, and I really enjoyed this project. This 1930’s dresser belonged to my grandparents. After close to 100 years of use (whoa!), the veneer was in pretty rough shape. This refresh gives it a whole new life! #upcycling #furniturepainting

Yesterday’s garden piece. The base comes from a whole Jacob sheep’s fleece that my cousin gave me. Though I plan to wash & card at least some of the fibres, I tried using some in their raw form & washing them while wet felting. Coarse and rustic, but it worked. And no more barnyard smell! #felting
