Hi Sam - I completely understand how frustrating it is to see signs left behind. In most cases, signs are collected once works are finished, but sometimes they remain because we group collections together to make the process more efficient. 1/3

To become a Strategic Authority, Surrey must first reorganise into unitary councils. This means replacing the current two-tier system of county, district and borough councils with a simpler structure – where a single council is responsible for all services in an area. (3/7)
