Things you can do at Walmart: move items around as you shop. Ask busy employees for help, then talk to them, a lot, give em hug. Ring your purchases up separately if you're paying with a card. Always return 1 item. Report malfunctioning equipment. Report a theft and give a vague description.

Warehouse work: stock things in wrong places. Switch labels on shelves, or items. Enter incorrect quantities. Run equipment as long as possible. Make a concentrated salt water solution to eyedrop into electronic devices. Always drive forklifts slowly. Stack things improperly. Have bad hearing.

Nonviolent resistance doesn't just mean protesting and drum circles. It doesn't just mean writing your reps. It can be as simple as taking 30 seconds to make a motion when 10 seconds is enough. It's entering incorrect quantities when stocking. It's anything you can think of that slows your output.
