I fake being an extrovert. (he/him and/or they/them) Inside of me are two wolves. One of them is a raccoon. The other is a possum. Less cis the older I get.

I’m sure this is the joke, but… Brad Pitt’s actually face-blind, so he probably won’t.

Don't discount the Islamophobia coming from inside the Dems' "Big Tent" for making things harder for Al-Sayed, as well as the establishment's hate for DSA-aligned candidates. Remember how they wailed and gnashed their teeth when Mamdani's DSA-aligned folks swept the primaries in NY?

The 988 suicide prevention hotline's Press 3 option — which provides specialized services to LGBTQ callers — has been restored more than a year after the Trump administration shut it down. Confirmed by HHS and the office of Senator Tammy Baldwin, who led on legislation that forced its restoration

Well there we go... They should definitely be in the replies promoting themselves to everyone who posts an always-irrelevant "edit button!" on any dev's post.

All "Conspiracy Theories" are actually government psy-ops designed to occupy the minds of the gullible. They have a whole department dedicated to coming up with new ones and spread them via FB groups and fringe newsletters. (It used to be AM radio.) Let no one else tell you what secrets to believe!

Then maybe someone should build a reader called "the one with the edit button" and sell it for $50 a pop... they'd be an instant billionaire and all the "make an edit button" jerks would finally shut up and leave the bsky devs alone.

There's no such thing as an edit button. It's incompatible with the protocol that bsky runs on. Just like you can't edit an email you already sent. It just doesn't work.

There's also another bug where sometimes if you backspace, type something else, it'll backspace *again*, losing the first character after you restart typing. Both *very* frustrating bugs.
010
Between Names @superobscure.com · 30/09/2026
There is also a legitimate bug that @bsky.app hasn't fixed, where if you're using bsky on an iPhone in Safari and you backspace during typing a word, it breaks the word suggestion picker such that it never puts in the full word, just cuts off after whatever you've typed.

Maybe It Will Happen Today @today-maybe.bsky.social · 28/09/2026
A digital recreation of a panel from the 1960s Hungarian comic strip Jucika by Pál Pusztai. In the image (drawn with black outlines and limited color that is also charmingly, wildly out of register) we see the main character, Jucika, a brunette woman with a short, kicky haircut wearing a striped, green, knee-length, sleeveless dress. She is dancing with a delighted-looking man in a military uniform who is holding one of her hands while in the other she's carrying a red portable radio by its little handle. She's grinning back over her shoulder to the left to see an attractive woman – red hair in curly bangs and a pony tail and wearing a different sort of green dress – who is dancing to the music from the radio with a different delighted-looking man in a brown suit. Everyone is having a great time. Below the drawing is all lower case script lettering with a brown drop that reads 'talán ma fog megtörténni', which my Hungarian-speaking friend Matilda assures me translates to 'Maybe it will happend today'

Why re-invent the calculator, *at all* though? That’s a solved problem. And it even works on pure solar power, offline. “AI” is a solution looking for a problem. And its propagandists are all proposing that it’s NOT a square peg for all the varied-shaped non-square holes of their everyday needs.
