Ajay’s $ is too good to move, but all things being equal, I’d flip him for a bigger wing defender that can hit the corner 3. He doesn’t provide much that OKC doesn’t already have, and playing him with Shai is just too much iso. I know PDX has a million guards, but Toumani would be sweet on OKC.

As a bonafide hater of the pick, he has looked absolutely dominant in preseason. Whatever they’ve had him on since Summer League, he looks like a completely different player. From how he moves to what he’s doing on the floor. The Stirtz P&R has been good, but he’s also got some Pau-esque stuff.

I’m kinda wondering how they’re gonna hide Stirtz on defense, when all they have is 3 more 6 foot 3 guards to run with him and a sometimes Caruso. Stirtz looks very bad defensively this far. Teams like the Wolves and Spurs have bigger grown men coming off the bench in Ayo/TJ and Harper/Keldon etc.

Yeah, there are 4-5 guys that could be in this spot. AJ, Darren, Caleb, Acuff, even guys like Morez or Yaxel etc. I think as far as positive impact goes, and not just counting stats, Caleb will be right there at the top.

I don’t like Braun’s contract, but I liked him fine as a player before last season. He just isn’t a starter. Cam looks like he can’t bend at the waist, and AG can’t stay healthy to save his life. They’re gonna trick a lot of people with a good offense, and then get cooked in the playoffs again.
