3. the bill was marked the a statement date of 9/14 but I didn't get it in the mail until today, 1 week later, and it had a due date of 9/29. effectively 1 week to pay it. I wouldn't be able to do that rn unless I put it on my credit card bc my paychecks have been mostly going to OTHER medical bills
