When you read the numbers these execs in Healthcare are making, it's staggering and hard to understand. Very hard. Especially when people are struggling to pay basic Healthcare bills. I mean the numbers are STAGGERING.

Brunched on this today...BBQ Brisket with Cheesy Roasted Garlic Grits. Brisket came out so well I immediately froze half of it for a Summer meal in the dead of Winter... I'm thinking mac, tater salad, slaw, a random salad, etc.
