despite all the horrid stuff, there is still something wonderful about coming out of a dissociative haze at an adult age. it really does feel like i have only been alive for a year at most, so i get to learn about the world and myself with all the adulthood advantages

this also might be the most infuriating part because it's entirely their fault. i found out that i am this dog's 4th or 5th victim. it's the face and stitches every time. it's my coworker's dog, AND our boss knew. why the FUCK not a single soul warned me about this. even if he was staying for 1 day
