idk how the genre titans are monetised (skins?) but surely it's not as suffocating as unite was. for as much as i enjoyed the double digit playtime i put into that game, in no world is it worth trudging through that monetisation hell for gameplay that simple. evidently that was the consensus, RIP

this is a real bummer. baby's first moba yada yada but this game made sense to me in a way no other moba i've been dragged into by friends ever did (until deadlock lol). the GaaS muck absolutely choked the life out of this one, and i think the game on the other side of it all deserved better

i haven't been able to find a single discussion around the show using chatgpt or anything like it, unless this counts

"I like the show so far, but it really feels like they are using AI a lot. I used like character.ai sometimes to have fun and this show really really feels like it is written by ai. I don't mean the story, just the dialogues. Some landscape also feels like AI, but I get the feeling they want to convey. It just the dialogues that keep ticking me off whereas anything else doesnt bother me that much.

EDIT: I spoke a bit too soon. Looks like the use of AI in the dialogue seems much much less in episode 3, hopefully it will be gone in the next episode"

i'll need to look into the show, but this was the official word on the movie. it seems like some idiot grabbed just to help with the SDCC panel slides inexplicably cited chatgpt over the notes or whatever they were given

"I have no idea why it was on that slide or who put it there, and every member of the crew I worked with is 100% against AI. Every aspect of the animation is handcrafted by real artists and I hope that people don't use this slide as a reason to detract from how much love and labor went into the film."
