There is a necromancer involved!

Good thing! Do you guys have jackets yet? #WeeknightWriters

😭 but I want it figured out now! The plot will probably be some kind of conglomeration, or some new, unexpected 4th plot I come up with at 3:22 AM lol

The main genre is fantasy, but the setting is very sci-fi, and there are a few different kinds of horror. #FirstDraftFall #WeeknightWriters

Thank you! That's a good reminder, and you're right, of course. I used to be a diehard pantser, so plotting is still very different to me.

The long-lost ex is the cherry on top.

I'm going to a hockey game soon wee

Hi #WeeknightWriters! I'm Jordan. And the #FirstDraftFall is going horribly so far. I've outlined the plot 3 times and I'm still not sure if I like it!

#FirstDraftFall #WeeknightWriters Fantasy. A Warlord and a mage set out to try and save as many people as they can—at any cost.

Clevatess S2: I need S3 immediately??? WHAT WAS THAT ENDING? Overall this is still one of my favorite anime. Dark fantasy but it explores heroism and what it actually means to be a hero? Hell yeah.

Deleting all the launch arguments and swapping to GE-Proton 11.7 did it

000

Kuro said they're going to improve the launcher for Steam so I guess I'll wait for that to drop if I can't figure out a way around it. Last ditch scenario (pure impatience) would be to reinstall on Windows but uuuuuuuuuugh windows.

100

I guess I could try it through Heroic or Lutris?

100

[Wuthering Waves / CachyOS] With the 3.7 update, Steam now tells me that I need to run the launcher whenever I try to play WuWa, because it is asking me to choose a detail pack (SD, HD, or UHD apparently), but I'm not even sure how to run the launcher on Linux. I've always used Steam.

I didn't believe this was an Onion article at first because I just think this idiot is that stupid and that backwards.

last time the US did this, we had 700k covid deaths because bolsonaro refused to get vaccines in time and before that, we spent 24 years in a dictatorship; our latest democracy is only 38 years old and it's being threatened once again we cannot let another bolsonaro be the president again

The onus should not be on women to fight or march or scream for their rights, the onus is on the men and every man everywhere to stand up FOR women, not because they cannot do it but because they have and they are and why wouldn't we help them?

Btw if you read this and immediately thought “well not all men”… pause for a second. The men I trust are the ones who read what I just wrote and choose to listen, to empathize, to ask questions to better understand. They know they are not the men I am angry about and they don’t need say so.

Stop telling women what to do. Stop telling us to do all of the work. Stop acting like you know more about our struggle than we do. Stand up for your fellow human being without any reward because that’s what we’re supposed to do. Ffs.

A man replied to this saying in earnest that women need to get organized and fight for our rights and men will follow. We did that. We do that. We mobilized the largest single day protest in global history on every continent and yet I have fewer rights than my mom did at my age.

Spider webs have existed for at least 100 million years, as witnessed in a find of Early Cretaceous amber from Sussex. This spiny orb weaver spider filmed by Rachel Barry is patiently demonstrating how they build them. Original post

This news is important because all the fucks out there actively attempting to wreck the world want you to think that the work is hopeless and just mitigating the worst case scenario. It's not. Fucking keep going.

Re Zero Natsuki Subaru's Nightmare

Re:Zero Starting Life in Another World I have yet to finish S1 but this show has like, the highest highs and the lowest lows lmao. The term "anti-isekai" is nonsensical because it IS an isekai, but he's such a useless MC... like bro, you have GOT to figure out some kind of skills.

I am so sorry I'm taking so long. Your TOS says you don't do character design, but I only have the illustration that inspired the character + clarifications on the outfit she'd wear and reference images. Is that okay?
