I'm trying to get back onto my previous schedule where I did moderator duties on discord when I woke up, then worked on stardew mod for a few hours, and whichever else I had to do around the house for the day. I'm doing little bits at a time to start, otherwise it'll burn me out too fast.

Honestly this all sounds very much like how I used to schedule my day, before everything kind of imploded earlier this year. I think was waking up around 8-9am, then up and functional, then nap around 4 because that's when my mood crashed. Though I think it's easier to nap around 2pm.

I need to reset my sleep/wake schedule and was wondering: Those of you with chronic fatigue/bipolar/depression/fibromyalgia (any of those or in combo), what is the *earliest* time you felt capable of waking up *and* being functional for "X#" of hours before you needed a nap?

Therapist cut my gabapentin back from 400mg 3-4x day to 200mg 3x day, then 400mg 1x, then 800mg at bedtime. I am hoping it manages my depression without leaving gaping memory holes, because I don't remember most shit anymore. Depression has eaten away at it so badly. Fingers crossed.

A layout for my backyard. Circle (old well, needs filling atm) = old brick or flagstone, use it for the wildlife feeding area. The blob/circle @ bottom right is a 100+yr old black walnut. I have asparagus, wildflower, garden, dogwoods, lilac, mulberry, serviceberry, and grass. Just the rest.

Thanks to the weather last night, I only got a total of maybe 3 hours of sleep. Woke up to a gnarly thunderstorm system that lasted until 3am, so I didn't get back to sleep until 5, then woke up again to a crash of lightning at 6:30 or 7am. Uhg.

Update: 800mg (400mg staggered 30 min apart) put me flat on my ass and wiped me TF out. 9 straight glorious hours of sleep. A bit drowsy, which I expected. Looking forward to more sleep though.

400mg doesn't make me drowsy since I've gotten so used to it. I know for pain 400mg definitely helps with my fibro but doesn't do anything for my migraines D; The 800mg last night wiped me TF out, lol
