Sulphuros Samsara is a human (Yes really!) who was in the right place at the right time during the 1300s and saved Death from imprisonment, given permission to keep his memories through the cycle of life and death, and ended up getting busy with a dragon, hence his current form. He is a Dragon-Bonded, his soul is fused with draconic essence, hence his draconid appearance. If he did not have his heels on, you'd see taloned feet, with a claw poking out of the back of his heel. (The heels of his shoes are hollow.)

If you were to take a genetic sample of him and analyze the DNA, it would come back as 100% Homo Sapiens, but in his world, the body is shaped by the soul, not the other way around.

For example, this card here is in my Shrines deck, and it is by and large one of my most lethal. It's a one-drop, all I have to do to put it out is tap a SINGLE Swamp and it can potentially kill every opponent. But in a vacuum, it does 1 damage to everyone and gives me 1 life.

The Dealer would be Don Quixote of Limbus Company. Rodion would be constantly asking Don for food, Ballas would be accused of cheating by P03 cuz of his long arm and, when he folds, be taken out by a randomized Tenno, Engineer would speak primarily in grunts, and P03 would be side-eyed by everyone.

A variant of the 60/40/10 rule I've used is used here, so she has 4 colors, but doesn't look like a damn peacock. The 3 colors of the dress, alongside gold as the accent. A small headpiece, nice geometric patterning on the frills, and this is a memorable character I actively wanna know more about.

Taash from Veilguard - even discounting the writing - is HORRENDOUSLY overcolored, and if she had less colors, I'd feel that she could pop more. Not counting skin color, there are 5 distinguishable colors on her, and it leads to her looking like a peacock more than a warrior.

Limbus Company already did that with a few Abnormalities, Nymph and Centaur.

Nymph, the closest to the description, needle-like legs with an IV Drip of blood it's actively filling.

Centaur, a little further from the description, it's bottom half is replaced with a gurney, like a centaur's would with a horse's body.
