I was born 1953 in New Orleans. We never had a boil water advisory in 1950s, 1960s, 1970s, 1980s nor 1990s. Yes, pipes were breaking and drunks were knocking over fire hydrants. 🤷‍♀️

Last year I had a terrible cough with head congestion. The nurse practitioner at clinic gave me these. No good! Next day ENT doctor squeezed me in an gave me the good stuff. Prescription Ploytussin. I slept all night.

Wow. This is something Steve O would do in a Jackass movie. Glad I didn't see this in person . Neither parent drove, I spent a lot of time on buses, seen some stuff on Tulane Ave bus because it passed Charity Hospital & Parish prison, but this is the limit!

I love her. I saw her at Tulane's McAlister Auditorium in 1983. She played one of these songs. The auditorium was packed.

This is my buddy. I've known him since he was a little pin. The gang hangs out to the right in a grassy area with a tree, but they all run for the cover of the bushes when i walk by except for my buddy. He is slow& I fear he may have brain damage or vision problems.

Here, in the cone of uncertainty, we all have radios & extra batteries. I have a small hand crank radio flashlight combo that works great. Plus, most of us have extra cache of non perishable foods. We used to have cash & guns . Now, I'm alone, I don't keep cash and guns, because I just don't care
