sueperrysleaford.bsky.social @sueperrysleaford.bsky.social · 28/07/2026My Pippa from Romania who has very wonky legs has to stay on the lead when squirrels are about because she has been known to climb trees to get at them. And then she falls out when she gets part way up and comes down with a terrifying thump! 060

sueperrysleaford.bsky.social @sueperrysleaford.bsky.social · 17/05/2026With my two, I'd call that meeting very promising. Fingers crossed - it would be so good for Rocky if he can bond with Hank and Chance so he can stay with you ❤️ 091
sueperrysleaford.bsky.social @sueperrysleaford.bsky.social · 15/05/2026The Rommie Stop is famous! Pippa from Romania does it very effectively by lying down. If you try to get her going, she rolls onto her back - dead weight 😂 040
sueperrysleaford.bsky.social @sueperrysleaford.bsky.social · 05/05/2026What a sweetheart! Blind animals adjust amazingly well, given a chance (I have had blind cats and blind dogs and they functioned perfectly happily after a short adjustment) - he clearly knows exactly where you are and has learned his surroundings really quickly. Thank you for giving him his chance ❤️ 0140
sueperrysleaford.bsky.social @sueperrysleaford.bsky.social · 29/04/2026You gave him his chance - whatever happens, he's enjoying his life now, maybe for the first time. Thanks Niall ❤️ 070
sueperrysleaford.bsky.social @sueperrysleaford.bsky.social · 05/04/2026One of my little Rommies was terrified of open spaces too - in the park we had to skulk round the edge so she could dive into the bushes if something scary approached. She did get over it eventually by walking with her friends and gradually getting further from the edge, but it took 7 years... 0100
sueperrysleaford.bsky.social @sueperrysleaford.bsky.social · 22/02/2026Button agrees the big outdoors is scary - today the sheep in the neighbouring field came over and LOOKED at her through the fence. We ended up turning round and going home faster than we left! 😂 1100

sueperrysleaford.bsky.social @sueperrysleaford.bsky.social · 25/12/2025Merry Christmas from two Rommie followers - Pippa's done this so many times before that she's chosen a few favourites and is sitting on them firmly, but Button, though rather bewildered by the sheer number of toys Santa brought, is very happy and working on the destruction of as many as possible 🧑🎄🎄 130

sueperrysleaford.bsky.social @sueperrysleaford.bsky.social · 22/10/2025They've come to associate the two (but I can't now pick the leads up between times or I have to supply the treats!). They're not that keen to go out the door still but like Sophie love it once out x 010
sueperrysleaford.bsky.social @sueperrysleaford.bsky.social · 22/10/2025Maybe you do this already, but the only way to get my 2 Rommies out is to rattle the leads and then give a favourite treat as soon as the lead is on. 110
