So loved thisbook by @RumbleCoral @TroikaBooks was moved to tears. Happy ones. Arlo loves the sea & has a passion for pirates. On the history trail he discovers his own mystery. A story of friendship, healing, accessible & perfectly paced. I really didn't want it to end.

4Tomorrow's NPD Poem I'm playing with FAQ. It's not that never start with a plan but often I just take my pen for a walk or start scribbling down random words. Some of my best poems start that way. Of course I often spend hours, days or years polishing. So I try&explain my brain

Tomorrow's poem for National Poetry Day 2025, theme 'Play', is from a lovely book edited by Roger Stevens, Attie Lime & Trevor Millum. It's a fun to have a go at writing a poem where all the words begin with the same letter. I cheated a bit using contractions. Important to choose the right letter

NPD 02.10.2025 Today's not been the best so an old poem, but it fits so well. Clair de Lune roughly translated from the French is moonlight or the light of the moon and has inspired poetry & music but it could also be a name.
