At 7pm Wednesday, it was about 70 miles away and FedEx was promising to deliver it by 8pm Thursday. 9am Thursday, it had moved to more than 100 miles away and just before 11pm, it was more than 300 miles away. FedEx says it'll arrive by 8pm today 100

The yard on the layout, which was previously barely functional, has been entirely redone, new track, switches, and switch machines. Hope I can ballast it before the show. 050

New yard will have one fewer tracks, but a true ladder and a working lead off the main. Also straightening out the inside main. 000
