Did you know that the MTA added more B train midday service over the summer? Before the improvement, B trains would terminate at 145 St outside of rush hour. Now, every other B train runs up to Bedford Park Blvd in the Bronx during the midday.

Version 1.3 of @theweekendest.com iOS App adds a highly requested feature: integrated official MTA alerts! Though they are sometimes verbose, they can provide important context to delays or planned service changes. You have the option of leaving them on or turning them off.

Using OS-level features, you can follow a trip, then have its next stop and transfer times shown on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island without having to switch back to the app. Also you can be notified when a train is arriving soon. (*Features require add-on subscription $14.99/year.)
