I don’t think this is a useful rule. Bad code is bad code. We had terrible code written by humans before LLMs existed.

Conversely, you can now also have excellent code written by LLMs.

Also, how do you detect LLM-generated code? In some cases, it is obvious, but it is becoming harder and harder to tell.

Last but not least, I can’t tell you how many people in the industry have told me they now code almost exclusively with agentic tools.

You would end up banning a lot of crates, including core crates, by doing this.

About #1141131, did you investigate the quality of the project?

Sad for all those accounts on #MedMastodon. I hope this make it even more clear that #mastodon needs way to let users own the data and allow it to be easily ported between servers. People don't feel safe on small servers or often don't understand how easily it can disappear.
