I'm not sure I 100% agree with the sentiment that we (🇨🇦) should completely cut aid to the US. We help them with their fires (L.A.) and now we're apparently getting sanctioned I think I could be on board for the Greater Good™ but I do think of the genuinely good Americans who're suffering so much

social media is a god awful story. the characters are oft-weak, the plot an excuse, and i can't find any solid thematic throughline running through the work as a whole prosaic, it hasn't and i suspect shan't touch the sublime; social media can't even get it together on a sentence-to-sentence level

Hey! I read part of that writeup last year, I'll have to get back to it; really interesting. Back in the day, I felt Dredmor was more accessible for a roguelike, and really funny. I went back to it recently and it had my decade+ old hall of fame! Thanks for all the fun, you ex(?) snake cultist.

that one little detail, for me anyhow, adds to the fact that those letters exist in the first place because you can see it happening & it's showing you that human element, which is extremely important. and that's one out of a million small details in the game that add up to the greater whole

fallout new vegas just has so many great little details the fact that in camp forlorn hope, you can see one of the troopers in the act of writing/having written a letter to his loved ones in case he dies (at a desk w/pencil and pad) is insane and very much add to the drama of the situation
