I don't say this lightly, but Pete Hegseth deserves to be impeached. I understand just how serious a vote to impeach is from experience, and I still believe impeaching him is the right thing to do. The Iran war. The purge of senior ranks. The boat strikes. The case is overwhelming. (Link below)

When children are shot in their classrooms, all politicians can offer are thoughts and prayers. When a shooting happens near them, they demand a $350 million golden ballroom to protect themselves.
Don't normalize a system that protects power more than it protects children.

I don't love dunking on folks but it's so fucking funny to me that Trump was convicted of 34 felonies 2 years ago, faced no punishment, and went on to win the presidency a second time and journalists are still like, "hmm, I have an inkling that maybe he believes he's above the law for some reason."
